The composition structure of Patch
Base fabric
Primarily made of cotton, cotton-polyester blends, or nylon, ensuring compatibility with fabric tension to prevent detachment or deformation.
Pattern layer
Formed through embroidery, printing, or weaving, it is commonly seen in brand logos, military badges, and personalized decorations, with strong visual impact.
Adhesive layer (only for hot-melt type)
The backside features a composite hot-melt adhesive granule or film that melts upon heating (approximately 150–170°C) and bonds with fabric fibers, enabling rapid adhesion.
Reinforce the edges
High-quality patches often feature reinforced edge stitching or hemming to prevent fraying or lifting during use.

How to use Patch
Adhesive hot melt patch (recommended for home use)
Align the patch with the clothing position and gently iron it from the front for 10-20 seconds to fix the position;
Flip to the opposite side and iron at 150-170 ℃ for 10-15 seconds to fully fuse the adhesive layer;
Finally, iron from the front for 1-2 minutes to flatten the edges and improve the fit.
Suitable for flat areas such as T-shirts, canvas bags, jeans, etc.
Adhesive free sewing patch
After aligning the position, use needle and thread to sew or flatten along the edge;
Hidden stitching can be used to enhance aesthetics, or thick stitching can be exposed to enhance style;
For high-strength usage areas, it is recommended to reinforce the four corners with stitching and tightly seal the edges.
Suitable for: work pants, military equipment, and clothing that requires frequent washing.
